AnteoTech Ltd has issued a notice detailing changes in director David John Radford’s interests, revealing that he has acquired 754,007 Ordinary Shares through an on-market purchase for a total consideration of $16,588.15. Following the acquisition, Radford now holds over 5 million Ordinary Shares and has various classes of unlisted options in the company. No disposals or lapses were reported in the notice.
