NickelSearch Ltd. ( (AU:AM5) ) has shared an update.
Antares Metals has launched a comprehensive new field campaign at its 100%-owned Conglomerate Creek prospect within the Mount Isa North Copper Project, aiming to refine geological mapping, structural interpretation and drill targeting. The work builds on 2025 rock chip sampling that returned exceptional surface grades, including up to 21.30% copper, 1.72 grams per tonne gold and 506 grams per tonne silver, from mineralised vein systems that have yet to see any drilling.
The company has designed a 1,000-metre reverse circulation drill program to provide the first subsurface test of seven high-priority geophysical anomalies interpreted as a buried intrusion, with drilling targeted to start in late May 2026. With heritage and land access agreements secured and geophysical and geochemical surveys progressively de-risking the targets, Antares is positioning itself for potentially significant first-pass drill results that could validate a large-scale copper mineralised system at Conglomerate Creek.
