Anson Resources Limited has been informed by the State of Utah that it will reconsider the company’s water (brine) extraction rights at Green River, following concerns from a local property owner and a non-profit organization. The company is providing additional expert evidence to address the issues raised and remains confident that the review will be completed within the year. Meanwhile, Anson continues its lithium project development at Green River using a temporary water extraction permit.
