Ansarada Group Ltd. announced its unaudited financial results for FY24 and updates on the proposed acquisition by DS Answer Pty Ltd, as well as the sale of its ESG, GRC, and Board products. The Independent Expert has deemed the transactions to be in the best interests of shareholders, in the absence of a superior proposal. The company’s board unanimously recommends shareholders vote in favor of both the acquisition scheme and the carve-out transaction.
