Ansarada Group Ltd. (AU:AND) has released an update.
Ansarada Group Ltd. has successfully finalized the takeover by DS Answer Pty Ltd through a scheme of arrangement, following shareholder and court approval, and also completed the divestiture of certain products to a company led by its CEO. Shareholders have received A$2.50 per share, and Ansarada will be delisted from the ASX after trading suspension, with new directors appointed and board changes effected.
