Ansarada Director’s Holdings Update

Ansarada Group Limited has reported a change in Director Peter James’ interests, detailing acquisitions and disposals of both direct and indirect securities. James acquired 174,846 Ordinary Fully Paid Shares and disposed of a significant number of unquoted options, with no cash consideration involved but an estimated valuation of $437,115 for the newly issued shares. This change in holdings is a result of the vesting of options and a Scheme of Arrangement.
