Ansarada Group Limited has announced that Stuart Clout will move from his role as Chief Commercial Officer to become a Non-Executive Director from July 5, 2024. Clout has significantly contributed to the company’s growth in various senior roles and will continue to support Ansarada’s evolution, especially during the proposed acquisition by DS Answer Pty Ltd. The Independent Directors of Ansarada unanimously recommend shareholders to vote in favor of the Scheme and Carve-Out Transaction, which they believe are in the best interest of the company.
