Anritsu has announced changes to its board of directors, to be finalized at the 100th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on June 25, 2026. The company will appoint marketing veteran Keiko Hirayama as a new outside director, succeeding outgoing outside director Tatsuro Masamura, while maintaining the current representative director structure.
Hirayama brings extensive experience from senior marketing roles at NTT Docomo, Amazon Japan, Google Japan, Uber, and The Walt Disney Company Japan, as well as board positions at several Japanese firms. Following the reshuffle, Anritsu’s nine-member board will comprise four internal directors and five outside directors, with a majority of non-executive members, underscoring a continued focus on governance and external expertise.
