Anpario PLC has announced the successful passage of all proposed resolutions at their recent Annual General Meeting, including the shareholder approval of a final dividend of 7.50p per ordinary share. This dividend is scheduled for payment on July 26, 2024, to shareholders recorded by the close of business on July 12, 2024.
