Anpario Advances £3m Buyback as Voting Rights Updated

Anpario ( (GB:ANP) ) has shared an announcement.

Anpario has continued to execute its previously announced share buyback programme, repurchasing 14,500 ordinary shares at a volume-weighted average price of £5.231 on 30 April 2026 through its broker Shore Capital. The repurchased shares under the up to £3.0 million programme will be cancelled, bringing total buybacks to date to 55,800 shares.

Following this latest transaction, Anpario’s issued share capital now stands at 20,540,029 ordinary shares excluding 29,000 shares held in treasury, which represents the total voting rights in the company.
