Anonymous Intelligence Company Inc. has announced the share consolidation record date to be March 4, 2024, with a subsequent effective trading date of March 5, 2024. The consolidation will result in a new ratio of one post-consolidation share for every ten pre-consolidation shares, significantly reducing the total number of shares to approximately 10.99 million. Shareholders are advised to contact their intermediaries or await instructions from the company’s transfer agent for the exchange of their shares.
