Anixa Biosciences Forms Cancer Vaccine Partnership with Cleveland Clinic

Anixa Biosciences Inc (ANIX) has shared an update.

Anixa Biosciences, Inc. has partnered with the Cleveland Clinic Foundation to develop cancer vaccines, with a collaborative agreement effective May 3, 2024. The company will finance the project through scheduled payments and retains the option for an exclusive license on any resulting patents, subject to fulfilling financial obligations and maintaining certain insurances. Rights to use patented technologies for research and educational purposes remain with the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. The partnership was publicly announced on May 8, 2024.
