Animalcare ( (GB:ANCR) ) has provided an update.
Animalcare Group has published its audited Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025, along with the notice of its 2026 AGM, which will be held on 12 June in London. The move formalises previously announced preliminary results and provides shareholders with full statutory reporting and governance documentation for the past financial year.
The company also announced board changes as long-serving non-executive director Marc Coucke steps down at the close of the AGM, in line with the end of his third term. His alternate, investment professional Els Degroote of Alychlo NV, will be appointed as a non-executive director subject to shareholder approval, signalling continuity of representation for a major shareholder and adding extensive M&A and capital markets expertise to the board.
Spark’s Take on ANCR Stock
According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, ANCR is a Outperform.
The score is driven primarily by solid financial stability (low leverage, consistent positive free cash flow) and a strong upward technical trend. Offsetting this are volatile net profitability (notably the large 2024-to-2025 margin swing) and only moderate valuation support given a modest dividend yield.
