Animalcare Group PLC has announced the exercise of options for shares by top executives and their subsequent sale to cover tax liabilities, with new ordinary shares expected to begin trading on the AIM market. The transactions involved Chief Executive Officer Jennifer Winter and Chief Financial Officer Chris Brewster, with post-transaction shareholdings at 0.11% and 0.46% of total voting rights respectively. Following the admission of new shares, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights will increase to 60,374,268.
