Anicom Holdings, Inc. has announced the successful repurchase of 1,125,600 of its own shares in August 2024, with a total acquisition cost of JPY 668,564,790, as part of their ongoing share buyback plan. The buyback represents a step in the company’s strategy to repurchase up to 6,000,000 shares, which is approximately 7.5% of its issued stock, by March 31, 2025. Since the start of the program, Anicom has acquired 2,259,700 shares, spending JPY 1,407,131,572 in total.
