Anicom Holdings, Inc. has executed a share repurchase in July 2024, acquiring 596,700 of its common stock at a cost of JPY 399,989,088, following its May 24 Board of Directors resolution. The repurchase is part of a larger buyback program that allows for up to 6 million shares at a maximum price of JPY 3 billion, to be conducted through the Tokyo Stock Exchange by March 2025. To date, the company has bought back 1,134,100 shares for JPY 738,566,782 under this plan.
