Anhui Expressway Plans G30 Lianhuo Expansion

Anhui Expressway Company (HK:0995) has released an update.

Anhui Expressway Company has entered into a feasibility study contract with Design Institute for the reconstruction and expansion of the Anhui Section of the G30 Lianhuo Expressway. As a continuing connected transaction involving its controlling shareholder, Anhui Transportation Holding Group, the deal is exempted from independent shareholder approval but requires announcement and annual reporting. The feasibility study will cover various evaluations, including environmental assessments and site surveys, over a 36-month period.
