Anhui Expressway Company Limited has entered into agreements with a consortium for the design and construction of renovation and upgrading projects for their expressway facilities, including dormitories, canteens, and toll stations. These transactions, occurring with connected persons from Anhui Transportation Holding Group, which holds a significant share of the company, are exempt from independent shareholder approval due to their size but will be reported annually. The construction is expected to commence following a five-month timeline as per the notification from the supervision engineer.
