Anhui Expressway Company Limited has entered into a contract with Design Institute for the survey and design of the expansion of the G50 Huyu Expressway’s Anqing Gezidun to Anhui-Hubei section. Despite being a connected transaction due to shared ownership with Anhui Transportation Holding Group, it falls within regulatory thresholds that waive the need for independent shareholder approval. The contract, valued at RMB 88 million, covers a variety of services over a 36-month term.
