Anhui Conch Cement’s Successful EGM and Director Appointments

Anhui Conch Cement Company (HK:0914) has released an update.

Anhui Conch Cement Company Limited successfully held its first Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of 2024 on August 21st, where all proposed resolutions were passed without modification. At the EGM, Mr. Zhu Shengli and Mr. Yu Shui were appointed as Executive Directors until the expiry of the ninth session of the Board on May 30, 2025. The attendance included 1,326 Shareholders and authorized proxies, representing 48.72% of the total shares entitled to vote.
