Anhui Conch Cement Company Limited has announced the distribution of a final dividend of RMB 0.96 per share for the year ended December 31, 2023, which will be paid out on July 3, 2024, to shareholders registered by June 12, 2024. The dividend will be dispensed in Hong Kong dollars at a median exchange rate announced by the People’s Bank of China, resulting in HK$1.05441 per share, tax-inclusive. Details for the dividend distribution to A-share holders will be announced on the company’s and Shanghai Stock Exchange’s websites later.
