Angus Gold Inc. has announced a brokered private placement aiming to raise $2.5 million through the sale of flow-through units, with Beacon Securities Limited leading the offering. These funds are intended for Canadian exploration expenses, with the expectation to close the deal by June 21, 2024. The offering is exclusively available to Canadian residents, excluding Quebec, with certain conditions allowing for a no-hold period in Canada.
