Anglo-Eastern Plantations Executes Share Buyback

Anglo Eastern Plantations (GB:AEP) has released an update.

Anglo-Eastern Plantations Plc has executed a share buyback as part of its programme announced in August 2023, purchasing 3,491 ordinary shares at a uniform price of 692 GBp each. Post-purchase, the company’s total issued shares, including those held in treasury, amount to 39,976,272, with the treasury shares totaling 484,153 and devoid of voting rights. This buyback activity may impact shareholders’ notification obligations under the FCA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
