Anglo-Eastern Plantations PLC has announced a recent transaction under its share buyback program, purchasing 10,000 ordinary shares at a consistent price of 715 GBp per share. These shares will be held in treasury, bringing the total number of shares held in treasury to 547,650, which do not carry voting rights. This move is part of a larger buyback program initiated on 20 March 2025, through which the company has acquired a total of 59,972 shares.
