Anglo-Eastern Plantations Plc has executed a share buyback, purchasing 4,364 shares at a uniform price of 719.00 GBp each, held as treasury shares, thereby reducing the total number of voting rights to 39,517,962. This buyback is a continuation of the company’s program announced in August 2023, with a total of 118,410 shares acquired to date. The repurchased shares will not carry voting rights and the updated share count serves as a reference for shareholders’ notification requirements.
