Anglo-Eastern Fully Acquires Indonesian Subsidiaries

Anglo-Eastern Plantations Plc has successfully acquired the remaining minority stakes in its Indonesian subsidiaries, PT Bangka Malindo Lestari and PT Kahayan Agro Plantation, for a total of $400,000. This strategic move ensures AEP now fully owns all its Indonesian operations, aligning with its goal to consolidate its holdings in the region. The company financed the acquisition using its own cash resources, marking a significant step in its corporate strategy.
