Anglo Eastern Plantations Plc has successfully executed a share buyback program, purchasing 3,200 ordinary shares at a uniform price of 720 GBp per share, all of which will be held in treasury. This latest transaction brings the total number of treasury shares to 106,411, with the current total number of voting rights standing at 39,529,961. The move is part of a broader buyback initiative announced in August 2023, aimed at reducing the number of shares in circulation and providing value to shareholders.
