Anglo-Eastern Plantations Plc (AEP) has executed a share buyback as part of its previously announced programme, purchasing 3,820 ordinary shares at 706 pence each, all of which will be held as treasury shares. The buyback leaves AEP with a total of 39,976,272 shares issued and 39,522,326 voting rights. This move forms part of AEP’s ongoing efforts to manage its share capital effectively.
