Anglo-Eastern Plantations Plc has continued its share buyback program, purchasing an additional 4,162 shares at 700 GBp each, which will be held in treasury. Following this latest buyback, the total number of shares in issue, including those in treasury, stands at 39,976,272, with the treasury shares amounting to 476,646 and carrying no voting rights. Since the buyback program’s initiation last August, AEP has accumulated 136,746 shares in treasury, demonstrating the company’s ongoing commitment to returning value to its shareholders.
