Anglo-Eastern Plantations Plc (AEP) has actively engaged in its share buyback programme by purchasing 4,016 ordinary shares at a price of 690.25 GBp per share, resulting in these shares being held in treasury. With this latest transaction, AEP’s total number of shares in issue now stands at 39,976,272, including the treasury shares. This step is part of the ongoing efforts to manage the company’s share capital effectively since the programme’s announcement in August 2023.
