Anglo Asian Mining PLC has identified a technical issue with its historical dividend distributions and share buybacks, caused by funds not being transferred from subsidiary companies at the required time. This issue does not affect the company’s current trading or future dividend plans, and a General Meeting will be held to resolve the matter. Anglo Asian remains committed to its strategic plan to expand into a mid-tier copper and gold producer by 2028.
