Andina Copper ( (TSE:ANDC) ) just unveiled an announcement.
Andina Copper reported a strong drill intercept from hole CDH005 at its Cobrasco Project in Colombia, confirming a large-scale southerly extension of copper-molybdenum-silver mineralization and demonstrating a multi-phase porphyry system with consistently mineralized intermediate intrusive phases. The hole extended mineralization over significant lateral and vertical extents, indicating the system remains open to the south and helping define a mostly near-surface Cu-Mo zone within a 2,500 m by 1,000 m target area that is less than half tested to date.
The company has completed step-out drillholes CDH006 and CDH007 with assays pending, commenced hole CDH008 to target the northern extension, and plans to mobilize a second drill to accelerate exploration and delineate the lateral extents and higher-grade copper shells at Cobrasco Central. These results strengthen Andina Copper’s case that Cobrasco could host a globally significant copper deposit, potentially enhancing its strategic position in the copper exploration space and offering increased resource upside for stakeholders as systematic drilling continues.
The most recent analyst rating on (TSE:ANDC) stock is a Hold with a C$0.77 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Andina Copper stock, see the TSE:ANDC Stock Forecast page.
Spark’s Take on ANDC Stock
According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, ANDC is a Neutral.
The score is primarily held down by weak financial performance (no revenue, ongoing losses, and sustained cash burn), with valuation also constrained by negative earnings (negative P/E).
