Anchun International Holdings Ltd. has announced a significant reshuffle of its board and board committees, with three new Independent Directors appointed and three members retiring or resigning, effective from the upcoming Annual General Meeting on April 25, 2024. The reconstitution of the board includes a new non-independent non-executive chairman, two non-independent non-executive directors, two executive directors, and four independent directors, with changes also impacting the composition of the Audit Committee.
