Anand Buch stepped down as a director at Crexendo, Inc. and decided not to pursue reappointment to the Board during the forthcoming stockholders’ meeting. Despite his resignation, he continues as the Chief Strategy Officer and insists his departure stems from a belief that the Board should predominantly consist of independent directors, aside from the CEO. Buch’s resignation reflects no conflict with the company’s management or existing Board members.
