AnalytixInsight Inc. has announced the immediate appointment of Scott Urquhart as the interim President and CEO, following the termination of Natalie Hirsch for cause, as recommended by the company’s Special Review Committee. The Board has also warned investors about recent unauthorized public disclosures not approved by the Board, advising to only trust official company statements. Urquhart’s extensive experience in finance and with the company is expected to guide AnalytixInsight through its current transition.
