Amy D. Husted has been promoted to Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of her company, where she’ll manage all legal matters. With a history at the company dating back to 1994 and serving in her previous role since 2019, her promotion is celebrated with a $100,000 equity grant in Restricted Stock Units, vesting annually over five years, starting August 5, 2024.
