Amur Minerals (GB:AMC) has released an update.
Amur Minerals Corporation is set to acquire Extruded Pharmaceuticals Limited, a company specializing in innovative cancer treatment technologies, through a reverse takeover valued at £5.5 million. Shareholders are expected to vote on the acquisition that would significantly restructure Amur, including a share consolidation, name change to CRISM Therapeutics Corporation, and board reorganization. The transaction, subject to shareholder approval, will also prompt a suspension of trading on AIM until completion, with trading resuming upon Admission expected on May 31, 2024.
