AMSC ASA Insider Exercises Subscription Rights

American Shipping Company ASA (ASCJF) has released an update.

Fausken Invest AS, associated with AMSC ASA board member Frank Ove Reite, has exercised 356,509 subscription rights in Solstad Maritime Holding AS at NOK 11.82 per share. Following this, Frank Ove Reite’s ownership via Fausken Invest AS totals 356,509 shares, while AMSC ASA holds over 84 million shares and nearly 6 million subscription rights in SMH. Additionally, Aker Capital AS has significant holdings and financial exposure in both AMSC ASA and SMH.
