American Shipping Company ASA, currently under liquidation, announced the distribution of dividend-in-kind in the form of shares in Solstad Maritime ASA, following the satisfaction of conditions set during their annual general meeting. The shares will be traded ex-dividend from 7 May 2025, with the record date set for 8 May 2025. Proceeds from any remaining shares after rounding and those withheld for tax purposes will contribute to the final liquidation payment to shareholders. The shares in Solstad Maritime ASA are expected to be tradable on Euronext Oslo Børs around 16 May 2025.
