AMREP Corporation has rewarded its top executives with cash bonuses and restricted shares that vest over three years, conditional on continued employment. Christopher V. Vitale, CEO, received a $150,000 bonus and 7,200 shares, while Adrienne M. Uleau, VP of Finance and Accounting, got a $55,000 bonus and 1,890 shares. Additionally, their salaries were increased to $375,000 and $180,000, respectively. The company’s Board of Directors also implemented technical and administrative updates to the Bylaws.
