Amplefield Limited has announced a new shareholders’ agreement with CMP Mechatronics Inc., gaining control over 59.99% of CAM Connectivity Phils Inc., a manufacturing entity operating in a Philippine Economic Zone. The agreement allows Amplefield to appoint the management team and make key decisions regarding CAM’s operations. Despite a reported loss for CAM Group in the last financial year, the deal signifies a strategic move to consolidate Amplefield’s influence over manufacturing activities in the Philippines.
