Amplefield Limited has announced the departure of Mr. Phan Chee Shong from his role as Executive Director, effective 30 September 2024. The Board of Directors will maintain its current structure, with no changes to the Board Committees following this resignation. This update on corporate governance is under the review of the Company’s sponsor, PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd., and has not been evaluated by the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
