An announcement from Amphenol ( (APH) ) is now available.

On March 30, 2026, Amphenol Technologies Holding GmbH issued and sold €500 million of 3.625% senior unsecured notes due March 30, 2031, guaranteed by Amphenol Corporation and approved for listing on the Global Exchange Market of Euronext Dublin. The German subsidiary received approximately €496.1 million in net proceeds and plans to use the funds primarily to repay its 0.750% Euro Senior Notes due 2026 at maturity and for general corporate purposes, effectively refinancing near-term debt while maintaining flexibility through optional redemption features before and after December 30, 2030.

The notes rank equally with Amphenol Technologies’ existing and future senior unsecured indebtedness and are structurally and effectively subordinated to certain subsidiary and secured obligations, with Amphenol Corporation’s guarantee carrying a similar senior unsecured ranking at the parent level. The transaction underscores the company’s continued use of euro-denominated bond markets for liability management and supports its capital structure by extending debt maturities on largely unsecured terms that preserve future financing capacity.

The most recent analyst rating on (APH) stock is a Buy with a $165.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Amphenol stock, see the APH Stock Forecast page.

Spark’s Take on APH Stock

According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, APH is a Outperform.

The score is driven primarily by strong underlying financial performance and a positive earnings outlook (record profitability/cash flow and robust growth guidance), partially offset by the meaningful debt increase and acquisition integration risks. Technically, the stock’s weak near-term trend and a rich valuation temper the overall rating.
