EROAD (ERDLF) has released an update.
Ampfield Management, L.P. has reported a decrease in their substantial holding in EROAD Limited, now owning 7.44% of the company’s ordinary shares, down from 8.24%. This change represents a movement of more than 1% and was disclosed to comply with Sections 277 and 278 of the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013. The transaction details behind this shift in ownership have been provided in an attachment to the disclosure.
