Amper SA has announced the successful sale of its Colombian subsidiary, ENERGY COMPUTER SYSTEMS S.A.S., to QEI, LLC for approximately $6 million, aligning with their Strategic and Transformation Plan for 2023-2026. This divestiture results in financial gains of about 3.7 million euros and cost savings for Amper, aiding in optimizing debt and fueling both organic and inorganic growth strategies.
