Amper SA ( (ES:AMP) ) has issued an update.
Amper S.A. has announced a capital increase of 372,167.70 euros through the issuance of 7,443,354 new ordinary shares, each priced at 0.5995 euros including a premium. This move is part of a syndicated financing agreement and will result in a new share capital of 75,205,319.30 euros, with the new shares soon to be listed on the stock market.
