Amper SA (ES:AMP) has released an update.
Amper, S.A. has successfully issued its first bonds under the ‘AMPER 2024 Bond Program’ for €30,700,000, maturing on July 23, 2029, and the bonds are now trading on the MARF. These sustainability-linked bonds have achieved a BBB- investment grade rating from Ethifinance ratings, S.L. and comply with the Sustainability-Linked Bond Principles set by the ICMA.
