Ltd., representing PeakBayou Ltd, plans to make a voluntary unconditional general offer for all issued shares of the company. Shareholders are directed to review the Offer Announcement and await further documents, including an Offer Document with acceptance terms and an Offeree Circular containing independent advice and director recommendations. The company will appoint an independent financial adviser to assist in this process.
