AML3D Limited has announced a change in director’s interest, with Director Peter Siebels acquiring 2,000,000 options exercisable at $0.16 through Maybloom Investments Pty Ltd, where he holds a beneficial interest. These options, issued under the company’s Performance Rights and Options Plan, were approved at an EGM on 17 July 2024 and can be exercised on or before 18 July 2029.
