Australian Meat Industry Superannuation Pty Ltd, as trustee for AMIST, significantly increased its stake in Dynamic Group Holdings Limited (DDB) with a series of acquisitions as part of an on-market takeover bid. Their voting power surged from 64.337% to an influential 81.108% following the purchase of over 24 million ordinary shares. This strategic move by AMIST reflects a substantial change in the interest of the substantial holder in DDB.
